About Peter
A creative thinker-doer committed to making the biggest possible positive impact with the least possible effort. Peter is co-founding Chief Innovation Officer at Ubiquity, founder of the Center for Human Emergence (Netherlands), and a founding partner of Engage!. He has worked in and across different sectors. As well as co-founding and leading the organizations above, his experience includes facilitating integral change processes in multinational corporations, and government ministries, and in multistakeholder initiatives with global stakeholders.
He has also spent many years in the not-for-profit sector. He is a recognized expert in the field of evolutionary systems dynamics and Spiral Dynamics Integral in particular. His first book was published in English and Dutch (Evolutionary Leadership, 2005) and his second in 2019 (Why Work? on designing work for people and planet – www.whyworkbook.com). His third book Leading from the Field (https://leadingfromthefield.com) is due out at the end of November 2020. . He has an MSc in Human Ecology from Edinburgh University and a Ph.D. from Ubiquity’s Wisdom School on volution theory (see www.volutiontheory.net). His personal website is www.petermerry.org.

About Jim
Dr. James Garrison is the founder and president of Ubiquity University. He came to this having served as president of Wisdom University, based in California, which he led from 2005 – 2012, after which he led its transition into Ubiquity University, established in 2012. He has spent his entire professional life in executive leadership, including as co-founder and president of the Gorbachev Foundation/USA (1992 – 1995) and State of the World Forum (1995 – 2004) with Mikhail Gorbachev serving as convening chairman. He received his B.A in History from the University of Santa Clara, an MA in History of Religion from Harvard, and a Ph.D. in Philosophical Theology from Cambridge. He has written numerous books, including The Plutonium Culture, America as Empire, The Darkness of God: Theology after Hiroshima, and Civilization and the Transformation of Power. He lectures regularly on comparative philosophy and religion, world history and politics, and the philosophical implications of global warming.

About Ravi
Ravi Kalra is referred to as Karma Yogi who chose the path of serving humanity. In order to heal the wounds of Mother Earth, God chooses few people to protect our planet and it's environment. Ravi Kalra is one of them and is putting his entire being and life to tackling the challenges. He is a well know Karma Yogi, a social activist and an environmentalist.
He regularly goes on roads in search of abandoned senior citizens and mentally disabled people. He immediately brings them to his shelter home. Where he provides them with free of charge, accommodation, food and medical care. Presently more than five hundred such less privileged people are living permanently at his shelter home.
In year 2008 he founded The Earth Saviours Foundation. It is recognized by Government of India. He receives no financial support from the Govt but receives tremendous moral support from Govt. Recently Vice President of India Sh. Venkaiah Naidu Ji had facilitated him with National Award 2019 for his selfless outstanding services for the welfare of abandoned and disabled people. His name has also been listed in World Books of Record, London, United Kingdom for his beyond compared services for less privileged people.
Ravi Kalra is also known as the “No Honking Man of India”. He is the first person in India to launch the "Do Not Honk" campaign in order to control noise pollution caused by un-necessarily vehicular honking. He holds the world record for pasting more than one lakh, Do Not Honk on the back bumpers of vehicle. According to the Sadhus and Saints, Karma Yogi Ravi Kalra is the only non-priest man in the world, by cremated more than 8000 unclaimed and unidentified dead bodies at the electric crematoriums.
In the year 2012 Ravi Kalra was conferred with Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Prestigious Award for Excellence in selfless humanitarian services. Karma Yogi Ravi Kalra urges everyone around the world by stating that the self service to serve less privileged is the most precious service in God's eyes.
